Refund and cancellation policy

In short: if it is not right for you, write to us and we will refund you.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service at any time. There is no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel: no further payment happens without your confirmation. If a period is already paid, access stays open until it ends.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of payment we refund the full amount if the service is not right for you — no reason required.
• After that, we refund the price of the whole unused months of the paid period.
• Duplicate charges, or payments after which access was not granted, are refunded in full at any time.

How to request a refund

Email support@adjutant.global with your account phone number and the payment date. We reply within 2 business days and issue the refund within 5 business days to the card you paid with. Your bank may take up to 10 days to show it on your statement.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — it is faster.
